Press cup to eye & tilt head back. Keep eye open & blink for 15-30 seconds. Release cup from eye & discard. Repeat on other eye.

I got this because I scratched my eye and every now and again will hurt...this ways helps soothe and with the right herbal infusion helps moisten your eyes if dry.

Such a treat

To address a previous question, I have not experienced any pain or sharp edges using this eye washing cup. I just use water and it makes me feel so awake and bright eyed. I like to wake up with it in the morning and also wash my eyes before bed to give them a head start in working through all of the dust/pollutants they have been exposed to all day.
