This product came in a glass jar with a plastic lid that wasn’t even recyclable!! 😩😩😩 I was so disappointed in ZeroWasteStore for not vetting their supplier better. I expect that what happened is they ran out of the metal lids that they usually use. But I hope in the future the company will realize that it’s customers can practice a little delayed gratification in order to save the planet.

We support brands that are making quality products that are better for the environment such as Dewyer Skincare. They are a vegan, cruelty free & environmentally friendly company that we are proud to support! If you are looking for only 100% plastic free skincare items, they will be hard to find as nothing with a pump top or squeeze bottle can be 100% plastic free as no tops in those styles come in any other material. I've been using the Frankincense face cream for a little over a month, and so far am pleased. It smells really nice and absorbs quickly. I am also somewhat prone to breakouts, and have had no issues adding this into my skin care routine. My only complaint would be that it's a little pricy for how much you get. Picture attached with banana for scale.
