Packaging
- In order to protect the box during shipment, your TerraCycle box will be wrapped in a plastic bag. When you receive your box, just put the plastic bag inside and TerraCycle will ensure it gets recycled properly!

- Directly shipped from TerraCycle. items are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other offshore territories. Any orders placed for shipment outside of the contiguous US will be refunded and canceled. Any orders placed for shipment to a PO Box will refunded and canceled.

Specifications
- How TerraCycle Works: Choose your size and type of Zero Waste Box. When you receive your box, fill it with the corresponding waste streams. Once full, ship your box back to TerraCycle (for free!) using the pre-paid shipping label which will already be on your box. When they receive your box, they'll safely recycle all of the collected materials!
