Returns
- Comes in a zero-waste shipper with a QR code. After three months or when you need a refill, return the tube in its prepaid shipper. We'll sterilize, refill, and reuse it. You can repeat this process multiple times, reducing the product's carbon footprint with each reuse.
End of Life
- End of Life: This lip butter comes in a zero-waste, reusable shipper with a QR code located on the outside. In three months, or when you’re ready for a refill, you can return your tube in its reusable, prepaid shipper. When you send your tube back it will be sterilized, refilled, and reused again…and you can purchase a new one directly from our website! You can do this process 10, 100, or 10,000 times. Each time you send your tube back you are helping to reduce your product’s carbon footprint. The more you reuse, the more you reduce!
